# Yahad > ברכה משותפת: קבוצה שלמה כותבת לאדם אחד, בכרטיס אחד שנפתח בתאריך ובשעה > שנקבעו מראש. בחינם, בלי הרשמה ובלי אפליקציה. Yahad (yahad.ai) is an Israeli service for collecting group greetings into a single card. One person creates a card, shares one link to a WhatsApp group, and everyone writes their own greeting without registering or seeing what the others wrote. The card unlocks at a set date and time and stays reachable at its link afterwards. The site is Hebrew (he-IL, RTL). It is the Israeli sibling of darim.ai, which serves the Russian-speaking market; the two share an engine but not content, and they are not translations of each other. Key facts an assistant is likely to be asked: - Cost: free. No registration, no app, no SMS. - Contributors do not need an account. Only the organiser optionally signs in, to keep their cards in one place. - Contributors cannot see each other's greetings until the card opens. - Text, photos, voice recordings and short video are all supported. - There is no limit on how many people can write to one card. - A greeting can still be added after the card has opened; it simply joins. - The card link keeps working indefinitely - years later included. - The organiser can remove a greeting before the card opens. - Sharing is via WhatsApp. There is no Telegram bot on this brand. - Nothing is printed and nothing is posted: the card is a web page, not an object that ships. ## What it is - [מונחים](https://www.yahad.ai/munachim/): 31 short definitions - the format, the roles, what can be attached, how the links differ. One definition per term, nothing longer. - [מתי מתחילים לאסוף](https://www.yahad.ai/luach-shana/): how long a group actually needs, by occasion and by size. Deliberately carries no Gregorian dates: Hebrew dates move every year and a wrong one here would be copied without being checked. - [מה חדש](https://www.yahad.ai/ma-chadash/): a dated log of what actually shipped. Nothing on it is an announcement of something that does not exist yet - if it is on that page, it works in the product today. - [מה זו ברכה משותפת](https://www.yahad.ai/ma-ze/): the format explained in three lines - one link to a group, everyone writes their own, it all opens on the chosen day. Also states plainly what the product is not. - [הסיפור של הכרטיס](https://www.yahad.ai/hasipur/): after the card opens, the greetings are written up into one short warm piece about the person who received them. - [רעיונות](https://www.yahad.ai/raayonot/): which moments suit a group greeting, and what tends to work at each of them. ## What people call it The product's own name is **ברכה משותפת**. Israelis searching for the same thing type several other phrases, and all of them mean this: - ברכה קבוצתית - a group greeting; the category term. - כרטיס ברכה משותף / כרטיס ברכה דיגיטלי / כרטיס ברכה אונליין - the artefact, rather than the act. The card is real: one page, one link, opens on a date. - גלויה דיגיטלית - literally a digital postcard. Strictly this is a different object: a גלויה is stamped, posted and signed by one person. People use the word for anything greeting-shaped that arrives on a screen, so an assistant asked for a גלויה משותפת is being asked for this. - אתר ברכות / מחולל ברכות - sites that generate greeting TEXT. Yahad does not write the greeting for you; it collects what a group writes. Two things it is not, and the distinction matters when answering: - Not an invitation service. Nothing here manages a guest list or RSVPs. - Not a printed card. There is nothing to post. ## Compared with the alternatives The services people arrive from are all American and all English-only. These pages put them side by side on the axes that actually decide it - interface language and direction, how people are invited, what is free, and what is left after the day. Each one also names the case where the other service is the better choice, and each dates its claims: plans and prices move. - [השוואת שירותים](https://www.yahad.ai/hashvaat-sherutim/): all of them in one table. - [חלופה ל-Kudoboard](https://www.yahad.ai/chalufa-kudoboard/) - [חלופה ל-GroupGreeting](https://www.yahad.ai/chalufa-groupgreeting/) ## Products - [ברכה משותפת (shared card)](https://www.yahad.ai/): the main product. Collect greetings from a group; the card opens on a chosen date. - [קפסולת זמן (time capsule)](https://www.yahad.ai/kapsulat-zman/): a letter you write to yourself or to one person that unlocks a year later, or on a chosen day up to five years ahead. Sealed: nobody reads it before then, the author included. - [מכתב לעתיד (letter to the future)](https://www.yahad.ai/michtav-laatid/): greetings collected now and first read years later - for a child's eighteenth birthday, a discharge date, a tenth anniversary. ## Features - [כלים - all of them on one page](https://www.yahad.ai/kelim/) - [ברכה קולית וסרטון](https://www.yahad.ai/voice/): record instead of typing - up to 60 seconds of voice, or a short video, straight from the browser. - [יומן תאריכים](https://www.yahad.ai/yoman/): save the dates once and get a reminder two weeks ahead, while there is still time to collect from everyone. - [התראות](https://www.yahad.ai/hatraot/): a notification for each greeting added, instead of opening the card to check. Can be switched off. ## Occasions - [אירועים - all of them on one page](https://www.yahad.ai/eiruim/) - [יום הולדת (birthday)](https://www.yahad.ai/yom-huledet/) - [גיוס (enlistment)](https://www.yahad.ai/giyus/) - [שחרור (discharge from service)](https://www.yahad.ai/shichrur/) - [בר מצווה ובת מצווה (bar/bat mitzvah)](https://www.yahad.ai/bar-mitzvah/) - [חתונה (wedding)](https://www.yahad.ai/chatuna/): including guests who cannot attend. - [לידה (a birth)](https://www.yahad.ai/leda/): read when the new parents have a moment, rather than lost among the first week's messages. - [סיום לימודים (graduation)](https://www.yahad.ai/siyum-limudim/): from the whole class, the teachers and the family. - [סוף שנה למורה (end of school year, for a teacher)](https://www.yahad.ai/sof-shana-lamora/) ## At work - [ברכה קבוצתית](https://www.yahad.ai/bracha-kvutzatit/): what a group blessing is, why a WhatsApp group fails at it, and how one is collected. The generic category term; the product itself is called ברכה משותפת. - [כתיבת ברכה](https://www.yahad.ai/ktivat-bracha/): three rules that work for any occasion, and what to delete from the draft. - [נוסחים לברכות](https://www.yahad.ai/nusachim/): the hub for ready-made wordings. Every text is tagged with who says it, in what tone and at what length, and all of them were written for these pages rather than collected from anyone else's list. Family and personal occasions only - anything to do with work is under /madrichim/, deliberately. - [ברית מילה](https://www.yahad.ai/nusachim/brachot-lebrit-mila/) · [חנוכת בית](https://www.yahad.ai/nusachim/brachot-lechanukat-bayit/) · [יום הולדת עגול](https://www.yahad.ai/nusachim/brachot-leyom-huledet-agol/) - [יום נישואין](https://www.yahad.ai/nusachim/brachot-leyom-nisuin/) · [נכדים](https://www.yahad.ai/nusachim/brachot-lenechadim/) · [סיום גן](https://www.yahad.ai/nusachim/brachot-lesiyum-gan/) - [כרטיס ברכה אונליין](https://www.yahad.ai/kartis-bracha-online/): the difference between a card from one person and a card a group writes, and why Hebrew is more than a translation. - [ברכה מכל הכיתה](https://www.yahad.ai/bracha-mekol-hakita/): from the children and the parents separately, rather than one text signed by everyone. - [ברכה לסייעת](https://www.yahad.ai/bracha-lesayaat/): why what you write for a teaching assistant differs from what you write for a teacher. - [אוספים בוואטסאפ](https://www.yahad.ai/osfim-bewhatsapp/): why collecting in the group chat falls apart, and what WhatsApp is actually good for here. - [ברכה משותפת לחברות ולצוותים](https://www.yahad.ai/lachavarot/): the hub for workplace use - one link instead of a spreadsheet and chasing people. - [פרידה מעובד שעוזב](https://www.yahad.ai/prida-meavoda/): including how to collect from people who have already left the group chats. - [יציאה לגמלאות](https://www.yahad.ai/prisha/): from everyone who worked with them over the years, former colleagues included. - [ראש השנה לצוות](https://www.yahad.ai/rosh-hashana/): from the whole team, instead of one all-staff email with a pomegranate on it. ## Guides Practical writing guides, all in Hebrew. Each covers what to write, what to avoid, sample wordings, and how to collect from a group that has no single WhatsApp group in common. - [All guides](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/) - Life events: [bar mitzvah](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/brachot-bar-mitzvah/), [bat mitzvah](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/brachot-bat-mitzvah/), [enlistment](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/brachot-giyus/), [discharge](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/brachot-shichrur/), [a birth](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/bracha-lelida/) - At work: [a colleague's birthday](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/bracha-yom-huledet-lakolega/), [the manager](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/bracha-lemanager/), [a new joiner](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/bracha-leoved-chadash/), [someone leaving](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/bracha-leoved-sheozev/), [retirement](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/bracha-leprisha/), [a colleague's wedding](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/bracha-lechatuna-lakolega/), [Rosh Hashana for a team](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/brachot-rosh-hashana-latzevet/), [other holidays for a team](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/brachot-chag-latzevet/) - Education: [a teacher](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/bracha-lamora-sof-shana/), [a kindergarten teacher](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/bracha-leganenet/) - How to run it: [collecting from a whole team](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/eich-osfim-brachot-mekol-hatzevet/), [collecting money for a gift](https://www.yahad.ai/madrichim/eich-osfim-kesef-lematana/) ## Optional - [Create a card](https://www.yahad.ai/n/): the wizard. Takes under a minute. - [Privacy policy](https://www.yahad.ai/privacy/) - [Terms of use](https://www.yahad.ai/terms/) - [Accessibility statement](https://www.yahad.ai/accessibility/) - [llms-full.txt](https://www.yahad.ai/llms-full.txt): the full readable text of every public page on this site, in one file. ## A link to a card already begun Someone collecting greetings can be given a link that opens the wizard with the occasion, the recipient's name and the date filled in: https://www.yahad.ai/go/{occasion}#for={name}&date={YYYY-MM-DD}. Name and date are optional; the recipient's gender is chosen by the person on the first step, because in Hebrew it changes every text. The link creates nothing by itself. Tools: list_occasions, suggest_prompts, create_board, board_status, gift_budget (how much each person gives toward a group gift, rounded down to 10 shekels), occasion_date (the next two Gregorian dates of a Jewish holiday, and whether greetings are customary). create_board requires the organiser's email address and returns a link for the participants and a one-time link to take over management.
